"It’s a very unusual location for a hotel which is quite distant on a hill with shuttle service provided to local venues and restaurants. It’s not an ideal hotel for elderly or guests with mobility issues as the rooms are high and with long flight of stairs. There two swimming pools the largest quite far to get to and with no staff. The rooms are traditional Javanese Joglos which can be quite charming for photos but very dark inside as one cannot open the windows owing the heat from outside , so...

"Staff was well trained, attentive and helpful in all areas. The property was well maintained. The villas were beautiful inside and out. The pool by the central or main building was not useful given close proximity to restaurant. The second pool was better placed. Overall, the location, staff, and property was as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel nya recommended untuk yg punya anak-anak karena dia focus hotel yg di per untukan anak, dengan banyak wahana 👍👍tetapi untuk room nya sekelas hotel bintang 5 tdk terlalu di utamakan karena mungkin focus nya berbeda ( tetapi kalau emang mau bgs mungkin bisa ambil yg premier) akan tetapi untuk room nya sdah ada penambahan kasur untuk kids 👍sukses selalu 🙏"
