"Lovely rooms with plenty of space, comfy seating and very comfy bed. Useful to have kettle, fridge and microwave. Aircon was not directly pointing to the bed so that was nice. Unusual position/ door to bathroom but not bad. As usual shower head was floppy but plenty of hot water. 10th floor cafe/pool was nice. Food etc was ok but service very slow. Location perfect for exploring near central area. Would recommend."

The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. It truly made a difference in our experience.
