"This hotel is an excellent option for those with a taste for nicer and upscale experiences without feeling too stuffy. A lot of DTLA are hype, trendy, micro-hotel, budget friendly type. Nothing wrong with that. But, if seeking quiet, clean, comfortable, and an elegant stay with all the amenities a 5-Star hotel offers, then the Conrad DTLA is the one. Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner both at the award winning restaurant. The customer service was also excellent. Amazing stay. "

"Great place. Very cool vibe. Like the style. Suite was good. Expensive. Service was a variable. A bit disorganized . Waited a long time for bags to get sent to room. Every day I asked for my car to be pulled from valet and when I got there had to ask again and long wait.
Otherwise staff was friendly."

"The lobby was nice, the pet service was nice. However, my room was underwhelming, unclean in some parts, especially for a 5-star hotel. There were some stains on the carpet and on the actual sink of the hotel, there were literal drain flies coming out. The caulking also looked old around the shower. We stayed only for 1 night hence not complaining as it was the only 2-bed available left for that day (we got moved). Too bad this happened as it was a perfect location. "
