Fantastic Hotel. Actually a "luxury" class hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Food in the restaurant was delicious. My third time at this hotel and it still makes me happy to go there.

Great hotel, great pool perfect location 15 minutes towards Bel Air area, and 15 minutes the other way towards Hollywood Absolutely loved my stay. Make sure to ask for Deborah and Manny. Great people and delivered superior customer value throughout my stay

I had a wonderful stay at The London West Hollywood! The hotel was easy to find, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are absolutely beautiful! Spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the layout of the room. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The entire experience was fantastic, and honestly, my only complaint is that my stay wasn't long enough! I would absolutely stay here again and hopefully for a few more nights next time!

This hotel has a great location in North Hollywood, just off Sunset Boulevard, and the rooftop pool is excellent with a magnificent view of the city. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable.

We had an incredible stay, and if we ever return to LA, this will definitely be our go-to hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their exceptional warmth and hospitality. A special shoutout to Beatrice, whom we met during dinner, her generosity and kindness were truly unforgettable! The room and property were spotless and spacious, and the complimentary car service within a 2-mile radius is a fantastic perk. Excellent Service and Accommodations, with a Few Areas for Improvement Our stay at The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills was overall a wonderful experience. The accommodations were excellent, offering comfort and a luxurious atmosphere, and the hotel staff's service was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, a couple of areas could use improvement. The elevators experienced issues, which created some inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel’s complimentary car service, advertised within a two-mile radius, was quite limited, making it less useful than expected. Despite these shortcomings, the accommodations and outstanding hospitality made for a very enjoyable stay. With elevator improvements and more reliable transportation, the experience would be even better. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent hospitality, though a few operational details need attention.
