"I decided to stay at the Joule because being downtown it was close to Baylor Medical center. When I arrived I had valet parking. $67 per night. When I walked in there were drop cloths everywhere because the entire lobby and bar area were under renovation! Did not expect that, and, the dust etc wasn't going to help my health.
