There were a few inconsistencies in the availability of transportation that was slightly inconvenient. Also there was an instance that we requested cleaning but no one came the entire day. It was a 3 night stay and overall it truly was a beautiful experience just a few hiccups that I will let the hotel know about directly. I would stay there again, provided they are sure to mind the details.

I hadn't stayed at the Mansion for 20 years, but they still remembered me. Wonderful rooms and property, but it makes little sense to me that we had to find room service in order to order drinks in sitting on the patio because the restaurant closes 3 hours before the bar opens!

The pretentious cold staff makes staying at this hotel miserable. Used to travel to Dallas just for this gem of a hotel. It is unbearable now. We do not look or act the part, thank goodness, therefore we do not get the service. Last stay here.
