Ponte a Greve Hotel Guide - 5 Stars Hotels in Ponte a Greve, Florence

We had a great stay here, a very luxurious modern apartment for the price we paid and just a stones through from the river with beautiful views and a reasonable walk into centre of Florence, which took about 15-20 mins. Over our short 3-night stay we had housekeeping services and a personal touch of a note to acknowledge a celebration during our trip. We didn’t have enough days to really make use of all the facilities provided within the apartment, but we would gladly chose to stay here again on...

First class hotel. Excellent service. Very helpful staff.

We arrived in the evening and the check-in was smooth and quick, we were shown to our room which was a basic classic room which was clean and roomy for the two of us. After freshening up, we ventured out for dinner to a restaurant recommended by the front desk called Donnini. It was located in the square close to the hotel and the food was nice and the staff were pleasant. All the amenities are within walking distance with shops and restaurants open till late at night. It is worth mentioning...

The staff were always incredibly helpful and attentive. Our room was immaculate, large and airy and as a whole our stay was magical - we look forward to visiting again!

We have travelled all over the world and have to say our 4 day trip to Florence was fantastic and made even better by the hotel, the room and the staff could not have been better. Nothing we asked of them was a problem no matter how small and the hotel location is perfect. Dave and Heather

The best hotel in the world. Service fabulous. They treat everyone as though special. I go there a couple of times a year.

Staff and the hotel itself were fantastic, couldn’t fault it on any level!

Great location, lovely staff, fab breakfast

Just returned from 5 nights at the outstanding Grand Hotel Villa Cora - surely the jewel of Florentine hotels. Not only is it beautifully maintained and comfortable with gorgeous grounds, fantastic furnishings, linens changed daily and brilliant bathrooms (we had two in our duplex suite), the staff treated us all as old friends of the hotel, valued guests and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Breakfast was fabulous - whether the delicious...

Fabulous service at this beautifully designed boutique hotel in the centre of Florence. What is not to like!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff, exceptionally friendly, especially Fabien, the bar waiter! Room (delux) was quaint, quite small, but lovely and clean. Room also had an excellent coffee maker. Result. Loads of beautiful winding streets, outstanding architecture and loads of fab cafés and resturants all within seconds of the hotel. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Clean. Great location. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and great location just outside hustle and bustle of Florence.

Perfect breakfast, with a complimentary 10 minute massage after - made for an excellent start to the day. Great central location, close to everything. Relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant that the gym next door can be used for free. Very happy staying here.

Located just into the outskirts of the centre of Florence this B and B offers a little bit of quiet away from the intense tourist buzz, although is only a 10/15 minute walk from the sights of the city. It's close to handy bus and tram (T1) links that can take you to the station and around the city. The room was beautiful and clean, with an amazing bathroom and air conditioning (which is vital)! Expect an Italian-style buffet breakfast eaten with the other guests, from ham and salami to cheese...

The hotel is relatively new, but beautifully constructed and features a roof terrace with some lovely views over the city. We stayed in a Junior suite which had a great amount of space for the family, nice bathroom and featured a kitchenette which after a visit to local Co-op or Conad supermarket, was very useful for breakfasts, and the odd evening meal. The hotel also has a swimming pool area which was nice to use and relax after a day sightseeing. The hotel team were very helpful and...

One of the best hotels I have stayed - small, 'boutique' feel. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff - they seemed to want us to enjoy our stay ! Stayed 2 x one night, so had 2 different rooms - both quite different, but both excellent quality & space. Dinner in restaurant was superb; breakfast buffet excellent. c. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence, maybe 30 mins to Ponte Vecchio, or use the shuttle bus or taxis. Highly recommended - can't wait to go back !

The hotel totally lives up to the hype. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff were wonderful and the concierge was excellent. Our room was spacious, chic and super comfortable room. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food and drinks were delicious. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed more.
