"We checked in for 4 night We had 2 rooms booked - all 3 had bad drain smell in bathroom and AC was not working in rooms . After talking to staff they gave us 3 new room -AC was working but funky smell on bathroom One room had smell like dead rat which again end up in changing Very poorly maintained hotel Even after paying 600 $ a night we end up in changing room 2 times Carpet throughout the hotel was worst ever and very dusty"

"Completely charming and so centrally located to everything that it was easy to pop in and out of the hotel throughout the day. I had a room on the first floor facing the street and was initially concerned that it might be noisy but it was perfectly quiet and the room was completely dark with the shutters. I also used the gym, which was completely sufficient. Lovely experience and I would definitely go back."

"We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, one for me and my wife, the other for my daughter and her friend, The temperature in Florence was in the mid 90s and the A/C did not work in my daughters room, so she was moved to a second room for night 2....you guessed it, no A/C in that room either. The final night they found a room w/ A/C but by then, too late. They gave us a free drink coupon as compensation. We don't plan to stay a another Sina property in the future"
