Staff and front desk were really friendly and helpful . Hotel was clean , very homely energy also . Safe with the doorman there sometimes. Spa has a sauna steam cold plunge . Thankyou for a lovely time.

Staff at hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained and have lots of nice amenities. Slippers, bath robes, lots of towels without having to ask, comfortable beds. Excellent location steps from the Douomo area.

I was recently in Florence as part of a longer stay in Italy. This hotel was convenient to the train station. The staff went out of their way to provide a map with marked sites to see and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast at the property was such a great bonus. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Lovely hotel

Wonderful location and amenities were great. I felt at lease upon checking in and the staff took care of everything even bringing up our bags to our room. One thing that we would’ve liked was accesss to an iron and an ironing board in our room, which we had to make a request for a few times.
