"Great new iconically designed hotel, few minutes walk from the Haram. Room was excellent, facilities good, some areas still under development such as the food court, but still very impressive. The Sky Prayer hall is an amazing feature, needs to be open all the time. Breakfast in the restaurants was really good too, with a very extensive choice of food. Only downside is that the air conditioning in the entire building works too well, feel very cold in some areas, but that's being fussy. Would definitely book again."

"Excellent hotel with a perfect location, beautiful rooms, and outstanding service. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The only improvement I would suggest is providing access to a microwave or a convenient way for guests to heat up food. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
