"The hotel rooms are large and very spacious. We were celebrating our 12years anniversary and the staff had chocolates and champagne for us in our room. I did send a message asking if we could get a room with some private at a corner and they made sure we did… that was very nice. The hotel is very clean, pool area not crowded and our stay was beautiful. We would make this hotel our go to every time we visit Miami. Thank you to all the staffs."

"My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience.
