The reservation/ front desk staff are disingenuous; I was charged an early check in fee without this being confirmed to me - this was after waiting in their lobby for more than 4 hours for a room- while I was early to check in I requested early check in months in advance when I booked and upon arrival to their reception - which looks like a closet desk off an alley way I was told they ‘had a busy day...

"Excellent hotel in a great central location. The room was great and the view of Times Square was exceptional. We didn’t eat at the hotel or visit the bar so can’t comment on those, but would definitely stay again and plan these in to our time in New York. The staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to issues with our initial flight out. Couldn’t fault the customer service and would highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back again."
