"Le positif : l’hôtel est bien situé, le style mêle le moderne au chic mais commence à se détériorer, la chambre correspondait à ce que j’avais commandé (spacieuse, vue sur central parc, bonne literie),certains membres du personnel étaient serviables et agréables mais malheureusement en minorité.

"Nice location. Friendly and courteous staff.
Had some water issues that cleared up in a few hours and I did notice that there were different teams that handled things which slowed things down a bit e.g requesting fresh amenities for the room can take some time. However, this was a minor issue and it was a pleasant stay overall.

"The hotel was very nice, the staff was great. There is a subway entrance on the corner, which make getting around the city easier. Expedia advertised there is a free breakfast included….THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST…..Expedia needs to stop advertising that with this hotel. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast."
