"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Charging a resort fee without offering actual resort-style amenities felt misleading and unjustified. The room itself had multiple issues — the sink was clogged, there were no accessible outlets near the bed, and despite being assigned a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes. To make matters worse, customer service was nearly nonexistent. Any communication or requests had to be handled online, and the front desk...

"We had a redeye flight so we were at the hotel early in the morning. They kept our luggage until it was time to check in. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had security at the main entrance which made me feel safe. The property was very clean. We had a nice day at this property. It was very central, but yet not in the main super busy street."
