Al check-out abbiamo trovato l’addebito del 730 kr (70 € ca.) sulla ns camera per un room service che non abbiamo mai chiesto né usufruito. Alla richiesta di vedere la ns firma posta. sul receipt di tale room service, ci hanno annullato l’addebito e precisato che avrebbero controllato loro."

"I gave this same comments directly to the Grand Hotel when they also asked for feedback:
1) despite the high nightly rates, the cost DOES NOT include the spa or buffet breakfast. Both these are highlighed prominently by the hotel, but I’m sure others like me will presume they are included. Not only are they not included, but they are a lot of money extra per day each.
2) some rooms are described as ‘courtyard or side street’. The courtyard is tiny so Inthink there is a 90% chance of getting...

"The rooms were small and had no air conditioning. It was hot while we were there and they provided a fan which helped tremendously. The staff was outstanding. The staff was very kind and helpful with logistics. The hotel and room was very clean. The breakfast each morning was superb."
