"Overall an “okay” stay. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which were great. The coffee machine we didn’t get to use because there were packets of coffee included but no cups, sugar, etc. The room could have been cleaner. I found part of an old deodorant behind the bed and my daughter actually found a random pill on the floor and thought it was mine (it wasn’t) which could have been dangerous had she been younger. The towel racks in the bathroom were poorly positioned over the toilet...

Lotion bottle on the wall was filthy, the hand hair blower was filthy, behind the beside dresser was filthy. "My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!"

"As I was wheeling my suitcase to my room on the second floor I rolled over a cockroach, then stepped on one as I stepped into my room. I figured it came in with me so still not totally discouraged. After getting in the room there was a strong pungent smell of marijuana but the final straw was when me daughter jumped back as a cockroach scrambled across the bathroom counter. As we were leaving, another group was moving from their room to another room upstairs…..I didn’t ask. I dropped off...
