"Lovely to be back at this beautiful resort."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The premises were very well kept."

"Ok"

"Amazing stay on Kata Noi Beach. The beach was clean, uncrowded, with surfers but also safe for swimming, and our ground-floor room had incredible views with terrace access to the beach. The adult-only pools made it super peaceful, and we loved the thoughtful in-room extras like beach towels, a tote bag, and flip-flops. "I am leaving this review to warn families about the shocking lack of safety, care, and basic professionalism at SAii Laguna Phuket. My wife was severely stung by a jellyfish on the beach directly in front of the resort. A little boy staying at the hotel was also stung. The resort had posted absolutely no warning signs, no flags, and gave no verbal alerts about active jellyfish. The resort's response to this emergency was completely unacceptable. "Food was amazing! Staff were attentive and very nice. Proximity to beach was great."

"A great resort with exceptional facilities and even better staff. You will struggle to do better than Thavorn"

The room was so big and the bathroom so spacious. Honestly can't think of a better place to stay in Pa Tong! Other guests were chill which is what I wanted - a little retreat from the chaos of downtown but close enough to come and go as I...

"Service was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing."

"Clean, beautiful, and helpful staff. "

"We stayed at Novotel Kata for a 1 week, Breakfast was delicious more varieties. I booked family room thinking it accommodates 4 people according to website, my friend was going to join us for last 3 days. Property was not accommodating and I had to book other room because resort said they can not accommodate 4 adult but they would not refund and change my booking to 2 separate rooms. I had to pay for extra room on top of family room for for 4 of us. It is way up on hill to walk up, shuttle runs...
