"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room....

"Nice hotel, bad service"

"Best breakfast. Perfect meals"

"I recently stayed for two nights at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a hotel I remembered fondly from my 12 years living in the city. Back then, it stood out for its fresh breakfast offerings and attentive service. Unfortunately, my short stay in November 2025 was a series of frustrations that left me vowing never to return. "Room is big and clean. Convinience next to the mall. Only problem is that the room and bathroom has a smell ( a bit unpleasant). Not sure where it come from. "

The hotel has some beautiful grounds but the children's play area was very run down. One pool was dry. The other was poorly maintained but was well laid out originally. The...

"The ocean view was spectacular. Helpful staff! No complaints"

"hotel kurang bersih, karpet kotor"

"Maggie was an exceptional host who made our stay abosuletly amazing and we felt at ease. Very good with our son and made his 3rd birthday so lovely. Highly reccomend when travelling with family."

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days...
