"Huge property. Large rooms as compared to rooms in Aerocity Hotels. Affordable pricing. Food not good. We have stayed in many of the 5 stars hotels. The food service is not good and presentable. For example: When we ordered a cup of tea from in room service, we get two cups along with with snacks. Here you get a wrapped cookie. We were sick, so not in a situation to eat lots of food. We ordered just a bowl of lentils, chapatis in the restaurant. We only received the lentil (picked from the buffet- already going on) and chapatis (without butter). We have experienced 5 star hotel chefs and services earlier also. These type of orders get a personal touch by adding a salad, butter, pickels etc. So, this service needs to be improved. If you book a cab to go for Delhi Darshan, be prepared to pay extra money to the driver as they will ask the parking fees. These are cheap tactics done by Indian drivers when they drive foreign guests. We paid the upfront cab fees and when we reached to the destination, the driver asked for the parking fees which was never disclosed earlier. Whether, we will stay next time, the clear answer is NO, especially when you have experienced other exceptional hotel services and compare with Welcome Hotel by ITC hotel. Thank you."

"The hotel provided all the essential amenities like hair dryer, bathing essentials, kettle, and bottled water, etc. The staff was helpful and provided us with a room upgrade. The gym, swimming pool, and bathtub were nice, and the spa services were really good. The location is walkable and near to many cafes. The in-house restaurants are also top-notch but were a little expensive. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was awesome. The only negative was that the TV was not a smart TV. Overall, it was a really nice stay."

"Fantastic property. there is no doubt on that. rooms are brilliant. especially if you have the ground floor rooms as they have a semi-private semi pool. great fun at nights!!! Staff is super helpful. very well trained. Food is tasty. Though I would prefer if there are more options in the high-tea and dinner. Breakfast buffet is a high point. Due to the crowd during dinner, the staff was a bit clueless. There are limited activities to do here. In fact the recreation area is a tad bit far, accessible by complimentary golf cart. However, there aren't many things to do there especially for kids. I would recommend if the hotel admin can arrange special activities for kids - star gazing, cooking without fire, bird watching etc."
