"A subpar stay. Definitely not up to global four seasons standards. Having stayed at numerous four seasons hotels all over the world, this is more like two or maybe three seasons at a maximum. A few things that led to this rating. 1) the room phone didn't work. I had to follow up multiple times over two days to have this fixed which led to multiple physical trips to reception to request anything I needed. 2) the pool didn't have changing rooms. "We have stayed at this hotel mid April 2026. We initially booked a king suite. The check in was quick but when we got into the room we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned... We found hair strands in the sink and even a cigarette but on the floor... We complained and they moved us right away to a family suite room on the same floor. This room was clean and bigger than the room we booked. The breakfast is great, with everything that you may think of. The coffee station was also nice and...

"The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. "Employees were very kind, professional and helpfull. The SPA was well maintained. Restaurant at the 28th floor wonderfull. However, it was very noisy, from outside: each night a lot of noise done by motorbike between 3 and 5 am, the poor quality (airtightness of the window) was not able to reduce the noise (even at the 16th floor where we were). Defintiely, the owner should invest in reduction noise window."

"Beautiful hotel, best bed EVER, like sleeping on a cloud! Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided. Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service. Overall very good experience, glad we stayed."
