"Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, very nice rooms. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area seem unmotivated and not particularly happy. The hotel is located near taxi and shuttle stands, and the hotel's doormen are helpful. The hotel is located in an old, rundown part of town which I would not feel safe walking in at night.
Pricing is on the high side but overall the hotel is fine."

"Everything is an extra charge. The room has not had the carpets cleaned in many years. On the website they claim bars and restraunts. This is a "dry" hotel. We looked at the dinner buffet. I wouldn't feed that to a starving dog. We ordered from menu. My sauted mushroom burger with au ju had no mushrooms no au ju. Was smothered in BBQ sauce. My husbands chicken club had no chicken. At $45. This place is horrible. Check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm. The location is not...
