"Ordered the breakfast buffet for only 2 days. Overall experience with the breakfast buffet is 2 stars, out of 5. Poor food selection, food tastes “okey” (but expected more due to price of breakfast), very little selections with the drink bar. Over rating is a 2 stars out of 5 stars. The rest of my 5 day stay , I ate outside the hotel. "

"All around a wonderful place to stay in Hoi An. A few short blocks away from tons of shops and the river. My friend thought we stayed at the Four Seasons from a photo that I shared. The staff was really attentive and breakfast was a massive choice of foods. We loved riding bicycles to the beach. I highly recommend this property!"

"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!"

"There were a couple of staff members that deserved special mention. Mai was always there when we needed something. She made our trip special. Also Luan she worked the front desk was very helpful with transportation and places to see and go. We had a wonderful experience at the VinPearl Empire."

"Breakfast was amazing and free. Food options were very good especially the variety of Vietnamese food that changes every day. Staff were all wonderful and the room was tidy and clean. Would definitely stay again. The room pictured is what you get. Awesome hotel and value for money. Would not hesitate to book again. And for the ladies, the water pressure is great. "
