"All the staff were very friendly and accommodating, love the overall design and setting in the hillsides. The restaurant food was delicious and services was great. We enjoy the peaceful and comfort of our room with the balcony. Getting away from all the heavy traffic and congestion was our main goal with this place. Would highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value."

"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. "Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...
