"가족 여행으로 다녀왔습니다 직원분들도 친절했고 리조트 자체 어플 사용으로 정보를 확인하거나 주문 등을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요 풀빌라 수영장도 좋았고 메인풀도 좋았습니다 객실 깨끗하고 좋아요 대신 꾸이년 시내랑은 좀 멀어요! 그래도 리조트 안에서 쉬는 거 좋았습니다"

"Thoughtful details like selective collection of scented shower amenities. Attentive and polite staff. However, sound-proofing wasn't great when families with kids traveling on the holiday weekend and disrupting the peace of the entire building. "

Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...

The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home.
