"Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday...

"This was my favorite hotel while in Cua Dai. The room was just as nice as the pictures, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind, and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options for any diet. The beach was across the street, so just a short walk away. Plenty of places to rent a chair under an umbrella or just plop yourself in the sand which is my preference. The hotel has a decent gym as well and I was so happy to get some good workouts in....

"Large hotel, a lot of guests, so our experience was not really personal. That said, the room exceeded our expectations; we reserved a city view, but had a partial city, partial sea/beach view. The bed was comfortable, bath and shower were very good, well appointed. The rooftop pool area was cramped, resulting in a chaotic atmosphere, and making it difficult to get a lounger, or any seating at all. The buffet breakfast was equally chaotic and raucous, but the choices were many and varied, and...

"Cons: Breakfast is very basic, juices watered down. Location is next to construction site. No beach to speak off, pool had 10 beds overall for the whole building.Not the best part of the town to stay. Pros: Ocean view from the balcony with comfy chairs, staff is very attentive. Solid 3 stars but will not stay there again."
