The staff: friendly, warm and welcoming, and the hospitality above and beyond! The food had breakfast was great, and the rooftop food was also excellent! Even though there was construction, we woke up early enough to wear. It did not disrupt our sleep. Also, the sound of the waves outside of our window was serene.

Besides the terrific location right in front of the beautiful Da Nang beachside, the surrounding area is awash with dining, spa and shopping options. The facility is very clean and well maintained, the staff are eager to help and very friendly. Room quality very good, bed average to avg+. I had no troubles here and felt very comfortable and at home. Great value.
