The pool was excellent and the ammenities were impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel and its overall condition could see some improvment. The included breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated and worth eating every day.

チェックイン後部屋に居た時、カードを使用し従業員？が入室しようとしてきた。すぐにSorry,とドアを閉めたが今までホテルを使用して1度もそういう事がなかったのでびっくりした。ホテルの清潔さは非常に低い。写真はかなり良く撮られている。プールも濁っていてゴミも浮いていたので入る気はしなかった。隣の部屋のバスルームにかなり隙間があるので、話し声も丸聞こえ、臭いもしてくる...で不快でした。潔癖症の方の宿泊は難しいと思います。

初日からスタッフの皆さんはとても丁寧で親切でした。会話は英語ですが、聞き返しても丁寧に対応してくださり安心して色々なことをお願いすることができました。部屋も清潔でYouTubeなどで言われるバグチェックの必要性などは全くありませんでした。 ただ、ベトナム全体にいえるのかもしれませんが、ロールペーパーのm数が短いのか、家族で泊まるとすぐになくなってしまいました。もちろんスタッフにお願いすればすぐに持ってきてもらえたのですが、ちょっと頼みにくいですよね。 立地に関しては、良いか良くないかはその人次第かもしれません。自分は歩くことが好きなので、徒歩30分ぐらいで、ショッピングモール、市場、博物館などに行けるので、便利で良いと思いましたが、歩くことが好きでない家族はいつもGrabでショッピングやビーチに行っていました。まあ、大体片道300円ぐらいだったようですが。 ちなみに、隣が軍の施設であるためか治安については全く心配ありませんでした。 一人当たりに換算すると、東京のカプセルホテルの1/3の価格で、あれだけ広い部屋で美味しい朝食ビュッフェ付きなのはコスパ最高です。

Checked in. Staff were arrogant and rude. Lobby and pool area looked promising as per website photos but once checked into room checked out immediately. It was disgusting. Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for months and cigarette butts on floor and in and around lift area

Room itself was okay. Bathtub was clogged and it overflows outside the tub. They tried to fix it but it was still happening. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall the stay was good except for when we were about to check out and they were gonna charge us for a missing teaspoon which turned out the one checking it missed it somewhere in the room. We had to go back to the room to look for it. Seriously though - a teaspoon. 😑

The hotel is very dumpy. They advertised a shuttle to the airport, but when I checked in they said they couldn't give me a ride. Stay away. There are gobs of better hotels in Danang.

My first day I came in at 3am due to flight delays. My sheets had stains on them. I had to wait until later in the morning for them to be changed. The property isn’t very quiet lots of slamming of doors all times of the day. And for some reason everyday my small tube of toothpaste would go missing. I carry disposable tooth brushes that comes with toothpaste and twice they went missing. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Only one guy at the front desk was nice.

Vi fik en ekstra seng da det ikke passede med at der stod der kunne være 3 personer på vores værelse. Den ekstra seng var ekstremt hård, man kunne mærke fjedrene.

The facilities and staff are really nice. Our visit coincided with the worst rain and flooding in thirty years but the staff worked so hard to keep normalcy. We attended a wedding reception held there as well. The food and service was really great!

Our stay here was ok. The room was nice enough, although the bathroom had glass walls (and surrounded by a filthy shower curtain), so in the night, if someone went in and put the light on, the bedroom lit up too. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. I found the hot food pretty greasy and lukewarm and the continental options a bit basic. The fitness centre was horrendous - many of the machines are broken. My treadmill randomly came to a full stop twice. There is a fan, but a member of staff had stolen it for themselves while they sat by the pool. Location is close to the airport. Attractions aren't particularly walkable, but it's very easy to get a Grab from the hotel.

The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.

When we arrived at the hotel Jan 24,2026 around 11:15 PM. I was in pain due to a twisted and swollen ankle from an accident at the airport. The staff on duty immediately noticed my condition, asked if I was okay, and assisted us right away. They even advised us to go to the emergency hospital for proper treatment. The two male staff members were very caring and helpful. Truly thankful for their kindness and concern. Highly recommended.

I did not get to stay there because I canceled the booking due to wrong dates, even though I canceled right away they did not refunded my money. I also speak to the agent they told me they will try to talk to the hotel, so far nothing no reply from the agent about the refund. I being cheated twice with this hotel. I also booked a week before because my plane delayed and I needed to changed my dates they told me they can’t accommodate my request. I booked so many hotels but never experienced something like this. I think this policy needed to explain to the customers clearly, it is a ripoff hotel. I don’t recommend it after I experienced this frustrating situation and had an awful experience with my first time traveling.
