"The view was awesome! The age of the hotel is very interesting however, compared to the more recent places, it showed the age. The beds were old and hard. The showers lacked curtains. From a western standard it was below, but the price reflected that. Otherwise the staff was very friendly nd the location is great! "

"Although I could see the beach out of my side room window if I stood very close to the window, I would not call this a "beach view" room. The hotel was ok - the pictures make it look very fancy, but it is not as "shiny" as the pictures look - for example, the carpet on the elevator floor is full of dirt and stains. Not a big deal, but also not a great first impression. The bathroom was clean, but not sparkling - there was dirt and dust in the corners. The hotel has a conference center in it, and also seemed to be very popular with large traveling groups. It is located in the "high rise" section of Da Nang, giving it a Las Vegas or Disney World vibe, rather than a hip beach town. If you are looking for a no frills hotel and enjoy vacationing with tour groups, you will probably like this hotel. If you are looking for something with more character, this is probably not your hotel. Regarding amenities, the breakfast was average to below average and there is no other food offered by the hotel or any places to sit and work. I tried to go to the restaurant one day to work on my computer (after breakfast, when there was no food being served) and the staff told me I could not work there. "

"Our stay at TMS Hotel in Da Nang was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Their friendliness and genuine care made a lasting impression on us. We stayed for 11 nights, and throughout our entire visit the team went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They were always cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. By the end of our stay, we no longer felt like guests — we felt like part of the family. We are especially grateful to the staff who took the time to teach us a little about Vietnamese culture and even some of the language. Those small moments meant so much to us and made our experience even more special. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, with so many delicious options to enjoy. We also loved the spa — it was relaxing, professional, and a wonderful way to unwind during our stay. This visit is something we will remember forever, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful people at TMS Hotel. Thank you for making our time in Da Nang feel like home.
