"I was very skeptical about staying here after reading a few bad reviews. All of those reviews were proven wrong! The staff went out of their way to help me. They helped me find stuff around Da Nang when the translation from English was difficult. They helped me move to a higher floor because I wanted a better view. They were super accommodating! There were reviews about the noise level. I personally thought it was fine. Sure there’s traffic and maybe a dull roar of music (and I mean dull! It’s not that big of a deal). The construction nearby was no issue at all, it was nowhere near as loud as some people made it out to be. I couldn’t hear it inside my room. The hotel room was very lovely, clean, and romantic with my partner. The staff cleaned it daily and they were super nice. The rooftop pool was incredible! 9/10 I would stay here again! Sure I wish it was funeral silent and no traffic outside but that’s small potatoes. This hotel was so lovely! My only real critique is the food at breakfast and the rooftop restaurant was a little bland and lacking flavor but that’s so minor. What a nice stay thank you Chicland! For reference I stayed in the luxury one bedroom apartment and was on floor 4 the first two nights and floor 10 the next three nights, both floors were great, just a nicer view the higher you get obviously."

"Just finished 10 nights at Stella Maris, had an amazing time, the staff are amazing and is by far the biggest highlight of the hotel. We paid extra for a high level room and were placed on the 14th floor, room was lovely and cleaned exceptionally well every day. There is some noise from outside, both traffic and building noise but being on the 14th floor did help. The pool and rooftop bar were fantastic, staff always happy to help, brining drinks over to your sun lounger and nothing was ever too much to ask. Breakfast was another highlight, lots of choice for every nationality available and everything was fresh and replenished throughout the morning. The free airport transfers and couples massage was a very nice touch offered by the hotel. Overall highly recommend this hotel, can assure you that you will have an amazing stay."

"This is a beautiful and modern luxury hotel with LED lights galore. I applaud all the receptionists, concierges, bellhops, security guards, driver, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff for their professionalism, politeness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. A special shout-out to Mr. Vien, the hotel driver. We booked a car to take us to Huế. I gave him the wrong directions to my father-in-law's burial site, and we circled the village several times. He didn't complain or show any frustration. He even helped me clean the gravesites. The police pulled him over and gave him a hefty fine for forgetting to bring the hotel passenger manifest. But because of Mr. Vien's character, kindness, and willingness to help, I offered to pay most of his fine. A special shout-out to whoever took the time to write us a handwritten note, a lovely and delicious cake, and an awesome towel decoration of two swans surrounded by red roses. Phuc Long Luxury Hotel exceeded our expectations."
