"Our Ocean view rooms at 15th floor did not disappoint with great views of the beautiful beach, paragliding beach activities. Breakfast was good, especially from staff "Thu Hien" who always serve with a smile, she even goes the extra miles to serve extra hot tea and peel rambutans for guests. Room shower glass panel was faulty that cannot close tight with water splashing out, we have to be careful to not spray shower towards glass door direction. "Our stay at Chiclands was just OK. We paid extra for the larger one bedroom oceanfront room for 10 nights. Great view but unfortunately we did not know that they are building a new high rise next door. This made sitting on the balcony impossible due to the noise which began from early morning and lasted until after midnight on a few nights. Not exactly conducive to a relaxed holiday feel.
