There were a few issues I’d like to bring to your attention: - *Late check-in & bedding*: We arrived late and found the twin-bed room only had one pillow per bed. Typically we expect two pillows per bed. - *Bathroom safety*: The room has a bathtub, but when we showered, water splashed all over the floor. "This was wonderful hotel just a short walk to the beach. If sand isn't your thing the pool on the 25th floor was relaxing and had plenty of shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Very pleased with our stay (2 adults + 2 young children). Conveniently located across the road from My Khe beach. Plenty of nearby eateries and convenience stores. Hotel room was clean and comfortable, beautiful view across the ocean. I enjoyed the spa twice during our 4 night stay. "

"家族4人で5泊しました。 朝食は日替わり、バリエーション豊かで、特に麺はこの5泊で毎回違うメニューを食べられました。 大人も子どもも美味しくいただきました。 アパートメントタイプの4ベッドルームを利用しましたが、バスルームも2つあり、広々と過ごすことができました。 キッチンがありますが備え付けの調理器具や食器はありません。 トイレの近くにトイレットペーパーホルダー、シャワールーム内に持参したアメニティ類を置くスペースがなかったのが不便でした。 プールの水は冷たいのが難点ですが、浮き輪やライフジャケットなど借りられ、子どもと楽しく遊びました。 スタッフのみなさんは挨拶もしっかりし、総じて気が利く印象です。 ベルボーイは、ビーチに行ったあとタオルを持ってきてくれたり、ホテル到着後のレストランを提案してくれたりしました。"

"部屋には簡易キッチンが付いています。あくまでも簡易キッチンなので、電子レンジとIHヒーター程度となります。部屋のクリーニングは毎日来てくれます。洗濯機はついていないので、近くの洗濯屋さんに出しに行く必要があります。併設のカフェは皆親切でアサイボールもあるのでヘルシーな朝ごはんを食べられます。し いて言えば、食器を洗う洗剤がなかったことです。買い足して置いときました。プールは2度ほど行きましたが、数人入るといっぱいになる位の大きさです。ほてった体を冷やすのには充分です。スタッフは皆とっても親切です。すごく快適に過ごさせてもらいました。"

"Breakfast buffet was amazing every day! My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. The staff could not have been more kind or welcoming. The location right across from the beach is perfect. Note: laundry facilities really means laundry service. I could have stayed here for my whole trip! Highly recommend."

"The hotel has a great location with easy access to the beach. We did take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service which was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. We didn't use the pool as we prefer the beach but the pool area is quite nice with plenty of longers for relaxing. The hotel staff was friendly, polite and very helpful.
