"The breakfast options other than eggs was terrible. The air conditioning in our room did not work, it was 38 degrees and high humidity. We were moved to a different room over night while the air conditioner was "fixed". It was not fixed. We had to move back to our room in the morning and the next night it was hot and stuffy again. Because we had to move rooms and we had to move all our stuff back in the morning and missed going to marble mountains and the lady buddah. Our day was ruined. That night it was so hot in our room I called reception to ask for it to be fixed. They sent a technician who came in and left right away. It was after midnight at this point and we had to be up at 6am for a flight. I asker the hotel on checkout for a refund or discount as we did not sleep well and missed excursions to site seeing areas because of the hassel. All they offered was a $5 ride to the airport. Ridiculous. Do not recommend staying here because if something goes wrong they will not help you."

"The hotel and staff were very nice. Good food on the buffet and in the restaurant. 1 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs & umbrella for a small fee. Large grocery right across the street. Pool was great, just not in the sun, but there was a sundeck one flight of stairs down. We loved the staff! Everyone so friendly and accomodating. "

Special shout out to a staff: "My Thiem" (hope i m correct with the name) She ensured that our dietary requirements are taken care of during breakfast. It was great location, directly on the beautiful beach and near to the happening market. Loved the stay and will recommend to everyone. "

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."
