The remaining staff project an arrogant and dismissive attitude and appear to lack basic courtesy, such as greeting guests or using simple pleasantries like “hello”, “thank you”, or “good morning”. This significantly affects the experience, particularly for long-term guests. Substantial improvements in hospitality standards are needed."
