"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!"

"It’s a 1.5K walk (flat and easy) from the hotel right into the Old City, but its location with the outlook over the green rice fields is absolutely gorgeous. Every aspect of the hotel is Bohemian chic… loved, loved, loved the stay."

"Excellent resort to stay at. Staff are amazing. Facilities and rooms are clean and well appointed. Quiet and off main roads, so very peaceful. Directly on the waterfront. Restaurant is great as is the (included) breakfast every morning. Thai and Vietnamese Massages were best around. "

"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

"Perfect location overlooking the sea. 2 minute walk to quiet local beach. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Good breakfast choices. My room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens & sea. Good coffee shop next door & excellent Vietnamese food restaurant straight across the street. Just wish I could have stayed longer & will definitely be back. "
