It was lovely to stay in a quality space without being in a hotel where it feels impersonal and sterile. The owners Tung and Ming are absolutely wonderful - they're happy to help with anything you need and to answer any questions you might have. The street the property is located on is quiet and feels very coastal with a gorgeous colourful and leafy outlook. Felt safe the entire time!...

"It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The facility is super clean and the guest is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - especially their fresh French bread. "

"Planned on staying for 3 nights and ended up adding on 2 more nights because we loved this place so much! The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!"

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."

" We stayed here for 3 nights and it was enjoyable. Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff are very welcoming and helpful, and provide a small map of the area and also point out all of the the main attractions, very helpful! I read before coming that some people complained they were “pushy” but I thought they were just being helpful and were interested in making their town enjoyable to visitors. They also assisted us in booking an overnight train from Da Nang to Nha Trang as well as...

If you are tired and dont feel like going in to town, there’s great restaurants around the corner. And they do roomservice and massages And a great pool! The breakfast has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend going to Kim An hotel!"
