From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us as though we were family. Such warm, friendly, and welcoming staff members. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccable, with a beautiful pool area. "The property is clean and well maintained. The internet is slow. The power went out several times, however, it was restored within a few minutes. It is on a busy street and everything quiets down around 10pm. Spa did not have air conditioning, so I didn’t choose services at the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite. Overall, I felt safe, daily room service was wonderful, and the location was perfect."

"This is truly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at. The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast etc. are outstanding for the price. The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"
