A very pretty hotel with wonderful views of Old Hoi An and the river. Very well located with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Quite a good size pool to cool off in and a lovely balcony out the front for drinks in the evening. We stayed in river view rooms but were on level two so the views were a little obscured by the balcony room below. If booking a river view room I would suggest asking for level three or four.

The hotel feels like a home away from home due to it being neither too large nor too small. The rooms were very elegantly decorated. The menu at breakfast buffet as well as the on-site restaurant/bar in the afternoon and evening was just perfect. The staff at the front desk, including Lily, and the young trainee, and another person who was working on the day we checked out of the hotel, were just so caring and friendly. The staff at the on-site restaurant were also very caring and friendly. My family and I really appreciated the professional and attention-oriented attitude of everyone at the hotel. Definitely a place where I will stay if I return to Hoi An.

The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the room.
