"Lovely staff, basic but clean property. Good value for money, no frills but great location and met the needs for our family well. No elevator, so anyone who can’t manage stairs, I don’t recommend this spot. "

"The suite we got upgraded to was amazing. I felt the breakfast was underwhelming and often very crowded with long queues, I would suggest potentially serving Lounge Members away from the main restaurant. The lounge offering was great value but service was hit and miss, some staff offered some people cocktails/spirits and not others, while there didn't seem to be enough seating for lounge guests. The two pools give you options and the cleanliness of the rooms could not be faulted."

"Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm. "

"朝食は一般的な洋食とフォーがありました。味はとってもおいしかったです。ロケーションは夜のNight Marketの近くで、最高です。夜はすごい人込みですが、うるさいかと思いましたが部屋はとっても静かで十分睡眠がとれました。シャワーのお湯が少し冷たかったですが、水圧は十分でした。プールもきれいで、またリピートしたいです。"

"We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated. Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoian Central We could not fault our stay . The rooms were spacious and clean, the wifi was great and the air con was the best. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. But !! Best of all were the staff . Everyone from the moment we stepped out of the car were attentive and super friendly . Chloe and Jasmine in particular were amazing ambassadors for the hotel. Thank you!! a 10/10 experince"
