"This is a very functional hotel at a cheap price. Its best feature is its location, so close to Ancient Town, night market, the river and lanterns and a multitude of tailors. The room was clean, we had a room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, with balcony. It was very good for the price. The only downside to this place is there is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs"

"Beautiful clean room. Staff were wonderful, especially Tham. The breakfast was delicious and the pools very well kept and just the right temperature. I also had the 4 hours massage and facial package which was the best! I would recommend this hotel x"

"The hotel is at a good location a block from the river, everything is in walking distance but without being right in the busy street. Breakfast and serve are great. Room is a spacious and comfortable"

"The room was pretty small, but clean. On positive side the shower was nice and very powerful. I have asked for room with some view, but I got view overlooking a wall. Never mind. Breakfast choice wasn’t big, but it was satisfying enough for me. Staff was very friendly. After all it was a lovely stay and Hoi An is the most beautiful and colourful place. 🏮❤️🏮❤️🏮 "

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was unexpected and a nice touch. I was surprised the property wasn’t rated 5 star, and would highly recommend staying here!"

"This is truly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at. The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast etc. are outstanding for the price. The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"

"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the room. "
