"Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. Step out of the Homestay, go left and it’s on your right hand side. The Night Shopping is just a few feet away, all in walking distance!! Lan Uyen Homestay was was wonderful. "From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "
