"The hotel was beautiful and very well kept. One of our rooms over looked the pool, had a cute balcony with two chairs where we relaxed after a busy day exploring. T The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The included breakfast was fantastic. Omelets and eggs made to your tastes, fresh fruit, coffee teas plus juices, yogurt and much more. The hotel is situated on a safe and very sweet street, well within walking distance to the river for the nightly lanterns on the river, shopping and yummy restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is a quick Grab away and well worth seeing. Our stay was relaxing and we were very comfortable just wandering the streets, but when we wanted to explore Cham Island, the front desk staff organized everything for us for the next day. Beautiful hotel and spa...one of our party booked a massage and said it was a great experience and she slept very well that night, completely relaxed. We give the hotel and spa an A+! Highly recommend this wonderful place. "

"The room was pretty small, but clean. On positive side the shower was nice and very powerful. I have asked for room with some view, but I got view overlooking a wall. Never mind. Breakfast choice wasn’t big, but it was satisfying enough for me. Staff was very friendly. After all it was a lovely stay and Hoi An is the most beautiful and colourful place. 🏮❤️🏮❤️🏮 "

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was unexpected and a nice touch. I was surprised the property wasn’t rated 5 star, and would highly recommend staying here!"

"This is truly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at. The facilities, pool, gym, breakfast etc. are outstanding for the price. The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"

"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at cleaning the room. "

"What a great hotel. Bed was comfortable and shower was perfect. Twin room was a little small for 2 people but we were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't effect us. We had the corner room which had a nice large balcony, which was great. The hotel is directly out front of the night market and a 2 minute walk to the main old town strip next to the river. Staff were also very friendly and arranged transport to and from Da Nang for a reasonable fee. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Hoi An."
