"The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but after my first night the hotel and that whole part of town was flooded and I had to be 'evacuated' by canoe. The woman who was at the front desk was an incredible help - if not for her, I would still be stranded. I can't begin to complement her highly enough for her dedication to her job and the safety and comfort of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and their excellent staff!"

"The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. "Yzistel Hoi An is close to the Old Town, yet once you step inside, the world slows down. Mornings are peaceful, with sunlight on the yellow walls and the sound of water in the pool. I loved sitting there with a cup of coffee, just breathing."
