It’s a wonderful resort hotel with a wide range of amenities, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is somewhat remote, so you’ll need to take a taxi to get around, although there are a few convenience stores nearby. One suggestion would be to have an ATM on-site, as cash is often needed in Hội An and Da Nang.

The hotel overall was fine but definetly not a 5 star hotel!! Our room was always very humid and had a very strange smell. The bathroom was very small and old. The shower was really not new and run down a lot so there were many many stains and generally the bathroom looked dirty because it was old or the material was just not of good quality. One big problem also was that there was only one mirror in the whole room and that was the small mirror by the sink! No body mirror at all in the room! For a 5 star hotel I would expect at least that. The breakfast was ok, vegetarian options sometimes but not many. The pool area was fine. The only problem here was that there were not enough sunbeds and especially umbrellas or places in the shadow for the guests. Drinks and food were average at best but really expensive. The gym was also really small and not well equipped. Overall our 4 night stay was OK, but we would not book it again because it was just too expensive for the quality offered.

I really wanted to rate this resort higher, but there were several frustrating issues. Pool area: The biggest disappointment was the pool. There weren’t enough lounge chairs for the number of guests, so people had to wake up at the crack of dawn just to secure a spot. This is especially frustrating because the resort is about a 12-minute drive from Hoi An with nothing else nearby - booking a resort usually means you want to relax by the pool, and many guests weren’t able to do that. Food and drinks: The prices were quite high, and they even charge extra for water. For example, a coconut water costs around $10 AUD. Outside food isn’t allowed, which is understandable if the resort’s food was reasonably priced, but it feels difficult for families to manage these costs. Positives: On the bright side, the resort has a fantastic setup for kids, which is not common in many resorts. The breakfast buffet was decent, and I enjoyed my room. Overall: While the kids’ facilities and room were good, the pool situation really detracted from the experience. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here again mainly because of this issue.

Nice and clean property and friendly staff. I would give the resort 5 stars if the stairwell was enclosed and secures. It will be easy to do security checks on the kids who were staying at the separated rooms.

This is the first time I have been catfished. The place looks nothing like the photos. So the hotel is NOT good. Not a good condition at all. But the staff are incredible. What was looking like the worst Christmas turned out amazing because of the outstanding service we got from the staff. They were so understanding, empathetic, patient and professional. They problem solved and made our Christmas so special after being upset about booking this hotel based on the photos. The manager is outstanding. We couldn’t believe how good the customer service was. The manager is Luan and it’s the best customer service we have probably ever had. The woman who also helped us with new arrangements was Ms Hang Duty Manager.

The amazing staff who are exceptional at a hotel that doesn’t look like the photos.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in the new wing which is basic but clean. The staff are courteous and Alik and Vang were very helpful. I would recommend the coffee making class and the spa treatments. The beach is amazing. The thing to improve would be cleanliness in the restaurants.
