"Clean and comfy, I had a nice sized room over looking the river. Situated between the beach and the river, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet area, not a lot of shops or restaurants in this area but easy to take Grab to the busier places. Friendly staff, good breakfast cooked to order every morning. Overall had a lovely stay! "

"This is definitely not a 4.5 or 5 star hotel. The staff are great, the breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable. They advertise ocean front balcony rooms. The hotel is 400 meters from the beach. The balcony overlooks a busy highway. Then there’s a neighbourhood, then the ocean. Not much around the hotel. Location is very average. "

"We had a fantastic stay at KA Villa! Great option for borrowing bikes and cycling up and down the coast or getting a cab into Hoi Ann. Located a short walk from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Down time always an option with a dip in the shaded pool. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts were great. Laundry on hand.
