Hotel isn’t big enough to walk around and Location is in the middle of low raise residential area. "There was a good variety of breakfast items. Al the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was very spacious and very clean. The water in the outdoor pool was nice and warm with jacuzzi pressure points. There were daily complimentary shuttle services to and fro the Ancient Town. The only drawback is that the the beach is quite a distance away by walking. Would suggest that that there should be complimentary shuttle services to the beach daily."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes out of their way to get to know their guests and make them feel welcomed at the hotel. They operate a free shuttle to old town and to the beach. There are free bicycles you can use and they are wonderful for riding around in the rice fields and to see water buffalo. "Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost.
