We stayed 7 nights at Palm Garden and loved every minute! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious (we had Phó for breakfast every morning but there is a wide array of western options). There’s happy hour at both bars. Our room was a few steps away from the swimming pool, the spa, the games room and the beach. We stayed at Villa 101. The resort never felt crowded and the staff were very attentive. The massages at the Spa were great. Special thank you to Mr Thí who taught my sons to cut coconuts! I definitely recommend Palm Garden and we hope to return soon.

Great loation by the bach and not far from Hoi An old town with 3 times a day free shuttle. Great swimming pool and very kind staff. Amazing breakfast, and near by dining option outside the hotel. A problem with the faucets was repaired quickly.

We found the Palm Gardens Resort to be welcoming right from the start, the staff are lovely and obliging, the room was spacious and very handy to the reception, pool and restaurants. Staff and room superb,. Breakfast best anywhere we’ve been in two years of trips in SE Asia. Grounds are lovely as is beach and hotel arranges easy access to city center including free shuttle. Easily best hotel we’ve been to.

Great location. An oasis on the beach. Easy to get to hoi A but great to leave the noise and energy of Hoi An behind.

This is a wonderful 5* resort, the staff are very kind, the food is glorious and plentiful, and the beachfront bungalow we has had an amazing sea view and only 20metres from the lovely sandy beach.very sad to leave here after 5 amazing nights.thank you to all the staff.
