"The staff on the desk were fantastic and very friendly and helpful with the parking instructions.
Made great first impressions.
The room was HUGE and spotless. The bed was extremely comfy after a large night celebrating.
Breakfast was ok and I had zero complaints and actually the coffee was pretty good!"

"Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again. "

"This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return."
