Staff was light hearted and helpful beyond requirements. Somekne called out friday, and the desk was staffed by maintenance and cleaners, they handled it awesome and made sure everything went smoothly. "We stayed for 3 nights in a double room. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. WiFi and service in general in that area was pretty poor. The bathroom was a bit cramped. You have to walk behind the door in order to close it due to lack of space. Location was great near downtown and storyland."

"Staff very nice. The hotel is very old and has a smell. Rms very small. The breakfast was just ok. Food not much to chose from. The front desk had to also do food so not very convenient. No peanut butter no flavoring for coffee. Hot water not hot. No staff on at nt. Not really worth the price. Beds were comfortable. Seems like very little staff working."

"The hotel is historical and rooms reflect that. The staff are friendly and very welcoming! The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect! The bar onsite is fantastic and enjoying a beverage on the porch is magical. Beautiful place!"

"Overall, the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced for the area. The front staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We also enjoyed sitting on the small back patio to enjoy the view/sunset. My only suggestion is that the mattresses could have been better (they were not very supportive)."

"This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream.
