"The (hotel's) kettle for coffee & tea does not fit in any of the power outlets in the room. I assume this is a good way to save up a little on coffee and tea bags... It is definitely on purpose, and so disappointing to see how cheap the management is."

"The property has no air conditioning, Expedia said that air conditioning was included. Also I had a 3 bed room, but my teenager is a big girl and the couch bed was very uncomfortable and small. Also I had a 3 bed room and was charge extra for a third person in the room. I like that the hotel was very close to the train station that was a plus for me."

"What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either."

"エアコン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、皿、コップ、食器用類などは、揃ってます。 問題点としては、シャワーのお湯が出ない、ブラインドカーテンが閉まらない。と故障？が多かった。 シャワーが1番辛かった。スイスの水はかなり冷たいので、夏でも厳しいです。 チェックインは、かなり楽で、生活用品が一式揃ってるところは助かりました。 場所も駅から近くて良いが、一つ先の通りになると、かなり治安が悪いので注意！"
