I was only able to get access through friend who spoke the language and we demonstrated that not one of our phones could get access unfortunately. "Be very wary and know what you are getting. The listing was not clear that this was just ONE ROOM, in an area shared by other guests. Communication leading up to the check in was difficult, and the advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was not available. We UBER'd to and from the airport. Much easier than trying to deal with the property. When we arrived, during open office hours, it took several minutes for someone to open the door. Then we learned that the host did not speak much English at...

"The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business.

"It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards.
And there was no inf to connect to the WiFi. I couldn’t use it"
