"I really liked the area. I love the aesthetic of the room. I liked how quiet it was and it was comfortable. I do wish there was a full size mirror in the room - we were visiting for a concert and wanted to see how we looked after getting ready. That’s my only tweak. The property is perfect and we will be staying again."

"Staff were friendly. The hotel boasts they are connected to the UAB Hospital but it is connected to the parking garage accessible from outside. The parking garage takes you to the hospital. The room we stayed in was in need of repair and maintenance came the evening before we checked out. There is no microwave in the room but there is a dinky one in the ice machine area sitting on a shelf that looks like may slide off, no table to sit your food on and wonder if it is clean. "I traveled for my family reunion. The hotel is was great. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was awesome, attentive, committed to servicing their customers especially Ms. Tracy F. & Reginald. I arrived early my room was ready. Five stars to them both! I needed an late check out for a flight and was accommodated. My only issue was the big cockroach that ran me back into the hotel from patio area."

"The hotel was under renovation with no notice prior to arrival. Did not see any repairs just...mess. There were roaches in our room. No room service. Water damage to ceiling in bathroom that had been sloppily cut out and patched. AC smelled musty. Desk staff were friendly and helpful and frustrated with the situation."
