Prime location right in the heart of central Birmingham, immediately next to the Museum, across Victoria Square from New Street, the Bullring, & Grand Central, at the edge of the Jewelry District & Gas Street Basin, & minutes from the theaters, the library, & convention center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water. Can’t beat the location!!
Room very clean, adequate for our quick one night stop over.
We picked the hotel for it’s great location, and we’re pleased that it worked out very well for us.
Comfy and spacious room, huge bed, TV that worked, tea & coffee in room and available in reception too. Great shower.

Really good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and it looked like the bathroom had just been refurbed. The location is great but also quiet. The parking was easy to find behind the hotel and very convenient and reasonable. Would definitely book again.
Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, secure underground parking (£15 per night) and great location for the Utilita Arena (less than 10 minutes walk along the canal) and we were there for Xmas markets too which was only 5 minutes walk away.

A bit dated, but clean and beds were comfy. We were only there for one night so it was okay. Good central location though.
I had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Overall, a positive experience and a convenient place to stay.
