"Horrible checkin process….some problem with housekeeping, but no one was able to be checked in at 4…..huge pile up of ppl trying to get to a concert…..very frustrating plus no manager to assist….."

"The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The air condition was not working properly and the coffee maker was broken. The restaurant downstairs did not have any glasses or ice. The waiter was nice but was not prepared to serve customers. The coffee shop did not have any cream or lids for the coffee and we’re not prepared to serve customers. Overall, the hotel is nice And the staff is friendly, but the restaurants are not recommended."

"The hotel was incredibly run down and dirty. Bedding, towels, and carpets were so stained and gross. The bathtub was stained and dirty. Doors dirty and sticky. We got to the room and after already having great concerns just from the condition of the exterior and hotel lobby, went to Google to see reviews as the Expedia reviews were mixed, we found pictures of bed bugs from other guests and decided to leave without staying the night. I was in such a hurry to find something else and get out of there, I took a few pictures but didn’t even think to go back to the counter and check out. It was already 10 pm when we got there so finding another property that late at night was a challenge. As I was leaving with my two teenage boys a man in a large SUV pulled up in the parking lot between us and another car. He had been driving in another section of the parking lot where there were plenty of open spaces and it seemed when he saw us he came over near us. It felt very “off” that the man chose to park there so I had the boys get into the car on the side away from the car as the man got out of his car and was walking toward us. I got in on the passenger side also, locked the doors and climbed over the seat to drive away. We found a hotel with vacancy in Gadsden for much less that was actually clean and felt safe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The breakfast was great and they had a very comfortable lobby area. Our room was very good. The only criticism I have is that they were very short staffed on the day we checked in. We and other travelers had to wait an hour and a half past 3pm because rooms were not ready. It turned out that they were but this was not communicated to the front desk."

"Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken. They did bring a new one but the inside was dirty and had hair in it. There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt"
