Lovely apartment. Parking can be difficult since workers park there during the day. We often had to wait for a spot.

The pictures look nice, this was the WORST situation ever. Communication with the property manager and/liason was exceedingly difficult. The platform required to complete the booking was invasive and required information far beyond what is typically required for a a standard reservation (social security number, credit check, etc), and I was never able to make contact with an actual human at the property. I wish there was a way to give a negative -5 star review. They’ve earned it.

Was incredibly difficult to get into the building with having to download two apps. They did not send me the instructions to get in by the time of check-in and I had to call their helpdesk four times which was also a convoluted and unnecessarily difficult process. They try to do everything remotely through different “ “departments” - one having to verify you, another, having the check in instructions. None of this was sent to me by email from Expedia or them, even though I had prepaid everything. When I finally got all that figured out and got into my studio, somebody walked in the room after I’ve been there about 45 minutes- they were from one of the maintenance or management- they didn’t know that I was there and didn’t knock, just walked right in. That made me feel unsettled for the rest of my time there because I realized there was no way to lock the door from the inside, and that anyone with the app could just unlock the door and come in. Because they’ve outsourced everything to different companies, there’s no central way that someone could show a guest has checked in. That’s how my trip started within the first hour so I never really got comfortable and left early because of how unsafe I felt. It’s too bad because it was a decent set up inside, clean and minimal.

When I got to this property, there were no sheets on the bed. There were stains on the toliet lid. I was able to get my sheets but not until 11pm at night. Stay went good after that. Provided plenty of snacks and other items for my stay. Very nice place and in the perfect location, just wish the sheets were there and bathroom was cleaner.

Landing Midtown - home away from home

My stay at Landing Midtown was really exceptional… I was very impressed with the comfort and style of the apartment … the convenience of location to the attention to detail in the rooms to the cleanliness of the environment, etc. I would most definitely stay again!!

The management for Landing at Landing-Midtown were so very prompt, courteous, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The property itself was in a good location and perfect for our needs. I will be looking at other properties managed by them for future rentals. Overall.... it was perfect!

It was nice for a weekend trip. The bed was a little harder than we like. It was near UAB which is what we wanted. If I need to stay for a weekend I would book again.

We ❤️’d it here. Super cute place, great communication from the renters, we ubered a lot to have fun & drink & got rides quickly. We had a rental car as well & parking wasn’t an issue at all. Felt very safe in the area & outside which is super important when your traveling when your not familiar with the area. There’s lots of restaurants close by & a Publix literally in walking distance if eating out isn’t your vibe. Super close to the airport as well which is a huge bonus. Book before it goes!!
