"We were greeted with smiles from pulling up to valet, to entering the lobby, they were all smiles. This made me and my mom feel even better about my upgrade choice. Check-in went smooth and I receive very informative information from the start, I love that!!! ❤️ When we got to our room, mom asked to be by the elevator so she wouldn't have to walk too far, she's 80+ but doesn't look it..... Well, the room was already booked and assigned and happen to be right at the elevator..... another sign that Spirit guided me here. We found restaurants, stores, a other convenience all around us. Not to mention, the hotel was connected to the Galleria Riverchase Mall. What a way to exercise while eye buying. We stopped at the bar after getting locked in the mall, the guard came to let us back in the hotel with no hassle, another sign. The bartender treated us like family. We all sat and shared our life experiences and life each other up, another sign. I purchased the breakfast but decided to leave earlier, so I gifted our breakfast to the 2 gentleman who were on the elevator with us, blessings brings blessings. This was one of the best experiences yet. I look forward to the continued upgrading experiences. Felicia"

"We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. We were assured we were good to go. When we arrived the rooms were not next to each other and in opposite floors. To get us next to each other we had to go to the third floor. The room was not swept or floors cleaned in anyway and we found trash from the previous person. The fridge was also dirty and would not get cold. The towel rack next to the sink kept falling off the wall!!"
