Super convenient to Longbridge Station for easy access to Birmingham New Street and the University of Birmingham. Lovely staff on arrival. Room was clean as was the bathroom with tea and coffee at an excellent price. Would definitely consider using as a base again

We stayed two nights. Staff were very nice & helpful.. room was clean, but never full bin after day one. Breakfast were very nice. Parking great loads of space. Room were very hot no air-conditioning or fan & bed very uncomfortable springs broken

The staff were super helpful and very polite&friendly. Room was good for the price but needed a bit of work (broken window handle and shower door handle). The bed was clean but the rest of room needed at bit more attention to cleaning

Was okay room what I payed for , lovely staff who checked me in , as she did inform me that there was a function which was fine the nose didn’t bother us but there was kids running up and down corridor which I don’t get why if there are guest staying plus kids were knocking on the door then running away , they did it a third time but luckily I was up trying to deal with my son I opened the door and had to tell them to stop as I was getting to the point of having to go and tell the staff as it was getting on my nerves. Room was okay it definitely needs a renovation, things not fished off , cups were dirty so had to buy them from the shop as I checked them all . In the bathroom there was no bin bag , where the shower is there was a big gap which looks unfinished. All mattress need replacing and pillows , as we sat in them we just sank into it , pillows flat as fart , looks like there was a chair missing in the room to do hair and makeup and needs a touch of paint as there it was coming off the wall

Always a warm welcome.. Katie always repiies to messages really promptly.. The rooms are always clean with good quality bedding... Only minor point.. Shower in room 14, not as hot as it could've been but no major issue.

Budget rooms, a little akin to a hostel. Car park covered in broken glass. Rooms and corridors smell of stale smoke masked with air freshener. Bedding was clean and comfortable, but chewing gum stuck to windowsill and picture hanging off wall. Blind broken (husband fixed so could pull down). Holes in walls and poorly fitting doors. People from bar using corridor for getting to car park and fire doors left open. I’m not even mentioning factors outside of the accommodations control such as noise and heat.
