"This is a motel in the truest sense of the word. Clean but old. Bathroom doors don’t quite work right. Somebody’s charging their phone in the bathroom because there aren’t many outlets. Breakfast is available, not fresh, but not moldy either. You stay here for a purpose other than luxury. We had some issue with getting extra towels. Apparently folks steal them. Room service sent me to the front desk for towels, the front desk sent me back to room service. This happened twice before I got the towels. We wanted ice. The front desk said they were reloading the machine. It would take 30 minutes. To make up they gave me a free, cold Powerade. I appreciated that. Several hours later. There was still no ice. My husband had to get an entire bag from the gas station across the street. Since this is an amenity we pay for, I didn’t appreciate that. Little inconveniences that should be a given add up to time taken away from your visit. I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice. It wasn’t “bad” just not great. If you stay here, expect a clean room, but slightly less than the basics."

"This room was terrible. We had to wipe the bathroom down including the floor, the fire alarm wasn’t there the wires were sticking out of the wall, the “kitchenette “ was laughable. One ac unit worked the other didn’t blow cold air. The whole hotel was extremely dated. We were in a very bad time crunch bc of my father having a stroke and needed somewhere for us to stay in between visits to the ICU but would not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointed "

"We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. We were assured we were good to go. When we arrived the rooms were not next to each other and in opposite floors. To get us next to each other we had to go to the third floor. The room was not swept or floors cleaned in anyway and we found trash from the previous person. The fridge was also dirty and would not get cold. The towel rack next to the sink kept falling off the wall!!"
